Filtering Events
In order to assist finding events in the work bank, there is a comprehensive range of filters available and these can be used to search all events in the system.
To access the filters, click either the "Filter" text or the arrow as shown beneath:
The filter options then expand and are displayed as follows:

| Keywords | Allows search of keywords within Event Label or Description | |
| Event type | Allows filtering of events by Event Type | |
| Craft type | Allows filtering of events by Craft Type | |
| Planning board | Allows filtering of events by Planning board/Planning Area | |
| Date | Allows filtering events by a range of dates | |
Archive |
Allows showing or hiding of archived events - use this to recover archived events |
Once a filter has been applied, the search can be saved by pressing the Save Filter button as shown below:
The view can then be named:
Once saved, all named views can be pre-selected using the menu as shown below. To delete a saved view press the delete icon with the viewed to be deleted currently active.
