Managing Reporting KPI's
Reporting KPI's for utilisation reports can be set against each Planning Board.
The reason for this is different areas may measure thresholds for occupations assigned to faults differently.
To set KPI's first you'll need to go in and update a planning board.

Select the Planning Board you wish to update from your Planning Board List and select The Occupations Tab.
This will list the occupations configured against the Planning Board as shown beneath.
In order to configure occupations click the Add Occupation button.
You'll then need to choose the occupation from those in the system and specify a Low threshold and a High threshold which is what will drive the reporting KPI's according to the following logic:-
| Scenario | Outcome |
|
| Occupation Count falls outside of the Low and High thresholds | Figures highlighted in Red on Dashboard | |
| Occupation Count is equal to either Low or High thresholds | Figures highlighted in Orange on Dashboard | |
| Occupation Count falls within both Low and High thresholds | Figures highlighted in Green on Dashboard |
Note: This process will need to be repeated for each Occupation.
Configured Occupation KPI's should appear as shown below:
This will result in a utilisation dashboard as shown below - you can see the KPI's driving the Staff Counts against each Occupation for Planned and Faults.
For Planning Areas that don't count both Planned and Faults you can adjust the settings when Updating a Planning Board as shown beneath:
