Listing Roles

A role is, essentially, a collection of permissions that is assignable to system users.

For example; if you want one group of users to be able to archive projects but not another group, then you’d create one role which includes the “Archive Projects” permission, one role without it, then assign accordingly.

You can access the roles listing by clicking the Settings: Roles link in the navigation:
