What if I have a lot of vehicles and need to find a Ford Transit van?

On the vehicles listing page, you can click the Filter bar to expose the filters form

You can filter vehicles using all of the available filters. When you’ve selected your criteria, click the Filter button to filter the vehicles. Click the Cross or Clear button to remove the filters:

Searching

Is there a quick way to search for vehicles from anywhere in the system?

You can use the system search bar at the top of the page. Just type the vehicle make, model or registration into the search box and hit Enter in order to search the system.

Note: Select “Vehicle” from the dropdown in order to narrow your search:

Exporting

From the vehicles listing, you can export the list as CSV or PDF via the Export menu.

Note: if you have any filters applied, the export will only export vehicles from you filtered search
