Managing Vehicles

Although Vehicles can be associated with teams or sites via the vehicles view, vehicles can also be managed directly via the vehicles space of the recipient system entity.

The following example makes use of the Site vehicles space but applies to all entities that can be associated with vehicles.

Select the Site you wish to add the Vehicle to from the Site list

To assign vehicles directly to a recipient entity, or remove it, navigate to the Vehicles tab. To assign vehicles, click the Manage Vehicles button:

You will then see a list of any vehicles that are available to be assigned.

Select the vehicles you wish to assign then click the Save button:

You will see a success message as well as the vehicle in the listing:

Note: to remove the vehicle from the site, click the Remove item from the dropdown menu
