Dashboard

The dashboard provides you with a high-level overview of the parts of the system that are most important to you.

Dashboard Types

There are three dashboard types; Operative, Organisation and Executive.

For the most part, users will only see one type of dashboard; the one which is relevant to them but, in some cases, a user may choose to see multiple dashboards depending on their responsibilities.

The Operative dashboard provides an overview of the projects, teams and tasks that the operative is assigned to. As well as any alerts or form submissions they’ve made.

The Organisation dashboard provides an overview of all sites, risk alerts and form submissions for the entire organisation that the user is assigned to.

The Executive dashboard provides an overview of all sites, risk alerts and form submissions for every organisation.

If you have access to more than one dashboard, you can switch between them using the tabs at the very top of the page:

The currently selected dashboard is underlined in blue.

Widget Refresh & Configuration

Please note: any changes you make to your dashboard will NOT effect anyone else’s dashboard.

You can manually refresh a widget by clicking the refresh button. You can also configure a widget to automatically refresh periodically. If auto-refresh is in use, the “Auto” label will appear in the top bar.

You can configure a widget by clicking the settings (cog) button. This will present a form of options, relevant to the widget.
