Day View

As a field user/engineer you can see what your schedule is for the week using the "Field User" Dashboard - this will be the first thing you see when you login.

Using the fields highlighted above you can switch between Day View/Week View - other Planning Areas you may have access to and also a different date.

You can use the "PDF" icon on the right hand side to get a printable/downloadable/offline copy of your schedule for offline use.

Day View

Any work you have scheduled in will appear in sections on the day view as follows:-

• Faults - if you're on faults you'll see the start and end times with any notes in the "Description".
• Planned Work - your assignment to planned work is detailed with timing, work requested, Location (including substation number where provided), Work Instruction Number and any notes in the "Description" Column.
• Standby - if you're on standby you'll see timings listed.
• Absences - if you're sick or on holiday you'll see that listed in the last section.

Week View

The week view gives you an overview of everything you have on for an entire week. 

You can choose any given date and you'll be able to see everything that's been planned in for you. As with the Day View you'll be able to export a printable/shareable PDF.

For Planned Work Events, you'll see a wide range of fields as shown on the "Day View" above.

For simpler events you'll just see timing.
