Accessing Planning Boards
You can access planning boards from the "Events List" page using the "Open Planning Boards" Link highlighted below:
Clicking on "Open Planning Boards" will present a popup window inviting you to choose up to three Planning Boards for opening:
If you select the boards you'd like to open and click "Submit" you'll then be able to view the planning boards as shown below:
The legend below shows each feature of the planning board view according to the numbered sections in the image above.

| 1 | Name of the Planning Board |
| 2 | Any Employees/Vehicles/Equipment that are not assigned to a team |
| 3 | Button to show week to view |
| 4 | Button to show day to view |
| 5 | Event - colour as configured in the system |
| 6 | Grey areas are out of hours (as per shift pattern configuration) |
| 7 | White areas are inside working hours (as per shift pattern configuration) |
| 8 | Any Employees/Vehicles/Equipment that are assigned to a team |
| 9 | Each employee row shows their name, any authorisations and occupation |
| 10 | Each employee row shows a dot (Red/Amber/Green) for Authorisation/Risk Status together with |
