Archiving Events

Events in Ctrl Hub Platform are never really deleted they are archived and can be restored at any point.

To Archive an event from an event detail page, you can choose the Archive button as shown beneath from the event detail page:

Once archived, an event will disappear from all planning boards and reports throughout the system.

To restore an event you will need to firstly locate Archived Events using the Event Filter settings - you'll need to use the "Archive" Filter Field and select "Show" option in order to list Archived events.

Once you've located the event you wish to restore, you can restore the event by clicking the Restore button as shown beneath:-

You'll need to remove the "Show" Archived filter in order to see your event.
